This session will highlight the importance of making responsible choices and the serious consequences of false threats at school. We will be having an interest meeting April 3, 2025 (4-5 p.m.) where we will go over the basics of how our event works and what competitions look like! We will also be having mock versions of 3 events for you to come out and try! April 23, 2025 (starting at 5 p.m.) we will be doing a mock congress - Ms. Wrench and Mr. Gorman will both have legislation available starting April 3, 2025. Then April 24, 2025 (starting at 5 p.m.) we will have an Extemp and Impromptu speaking competition. Topics will be available on April 3, 2025! Finally we are having a Team Member Q&A April 29, 2025 (starting at 5 p.m.) where students can ask current team members questions about their events, about the activity or about our team!
All events will be hosted in room 247! Reach out to Ms. Wrench or Mr. Gorman with any questions!

CCS will be closed for students and employees will work remotely on Friday, Feb. 21, 2025. All district events and after-school activities scheduled for Friday are canceled and Prime Time will be closed.

Due to icy road conditions and low temperatures, Cumberland County Schools (CCS) will transition to an asynchronous remote learning day on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025.
Students will complete assignments at home, and district offices and school buildings will be closed, with employees working remotely.
